By using Mu Pharmacy you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion:

• Basic account records are retained for 12 months for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance • Inventory and transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Malawian financial record-keeping requirements • Anonymised usage analytics are retained indefinitely

You may request earlier deletion subject to the exceptions above.

Mu Pharmacy is operated from Malawi. If you access the platform from outside Malawi, your information may be transferred to and processed in Malawi or in countries where our service providers are located. We take steps to ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection requirements.

When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or in-platform notification.
