Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mu Pharmacy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Mu Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical supply-chain platform that connects registered pharmacies, wholesalers, health workers, and the general public in Malawi. Services include: • Medicine search and real-time stock visibility • Pharmacy and wholesaler directory • Inventory management tools for registered businesses • Order coordination between pharmacies and wholesalers • Restock notifications and health education resources

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account • Not share your credentials with any third party We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Pharmacy and wholesaler accounts require verification of a valid Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority (PMRA) licence or equivalent regulatory documentation. Mu Pharmacy reserves the right to reject, suspend, or revoke any account that cannot provide or maintain valid credentials. General public accounts do not require a licence but are limited to search and information services only.

You agree not to: • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent product or inventory information • Circumvent any access controls or security measures • Harvest or scrape data from the platform without written consent • Use the platform to facilitate the sale of unregistered, counterfeit, or expired medicines • Engage in any activity that violates applicable Malawian law or pharmaceutical regulations • Transmit malware, spam, or any content that could harm the platform or other users

All content, branding, software, and materials on Mu Pharmacy are the exclusive property of Cool Enterprises Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for its intended purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Your use of Mu Pharmacy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mu Pharmacy provides a platform for information exchange and does not itself sell, dispense, or guarantee the supply of medicines. Stock levels, pricing, and product information are provided by third-party vendors and may not always be accurate or up to date. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical or pharmaceutical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any health information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cool Enterprises Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mu Pharmacy at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.
